God of Righteousness - நதயன தவன

This evening prayer of trust and deliverance echoes Psalm 4 in full — David’s cry to the God of his righteousness, asking Him to hear in distress, lift the light of His face, and grant peaceful sleep. It proclaims God as shield, glory, and joy-giver, even when enemies multiply. In the eternal day beyond the throne, this prayer reaches its fulfillment: no more distress, no more night, only the radiant face of God and the Lamb forever (Revelation 22:4–5 – “they will see his face… and they will reign forever and ever”). Closing Prayer for the Listener Lord Jesus Christ, God of Righteousness and Light of my salvation, hear my plea in every distress. Lift the light of Your face upon me. Be my shield and glory when enemies rise. Grant me peaceful sleep and joyful praise. In the eternal day, let me behold Your face forever. Come quickly, and let Your glory shine without end. ஆமென். அல்லேலூயா!
