Clinical Implementation of Music-Assisted Care in Taiwan's Aging Society A Structured Framework for Senior Self-Healing Training Systems

Abstract This report presents a structured framework for the implementation of music-assisted care as a non-pharmacological intervention within Taiwan’s aging society, with specific reference to the Long-term Care 2.0 policy context. The study introduces a standardized training system for caregivers that integrates music-based emotional regulation, rhythmic movement, and color–sound synesthesia techniques. Core modules combine basic anatomy, psychology, and acoustics to support emotional stability, cognitive engagement, and social participation among elderly individuals. Observational data from community colleges and long-term care facilities are used to illustrate practical applicability. The framework emphasizes reproducibility, caregiver usability, and policy alignment rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment.
