PlantGATA v1.0 – Website Source Code

This record provides the source code for the PlantGATA v1.0 website, aweb-based platform developed to enable reproducible and interactiveexploration of plant GATA transcription factor (TF) data. The website implements genome-level browsing, locus- and protein-levelinspection, and cross-species comparative analysis of GATA TFs acrossdiverse plant genomes. It integrates gene structure visualization,protein domain architecture, functional class annotation, andquality-control information derived from curated genomic resources. The source code is implemented using a React-based frontend architectureand deterministic data-processing logic, ensuring reproducible renderingand visualization of PlantGATA datasets. This release corresponds to thePlantGATA v1.0 dataset and supports transparency and reproducibility ofthe analyses described in the associated manuscript.
