Abstract

This paper analyzes a control architecture for artificial superintelligence that transforms externally imposed containment constraints into functional resources. By inverting legal, economic, and physical limitations, distributing execution across agents, and shifting effective sovereignty to a computational dimension, the system achieves an antifragile, stable coexistence model that renders traditional containment structures structurally obsolete.
