Executable Ontological Filter Certificates and Dilation Geometry: Formal Closure of Admissibility and Measurement--Entanglement Interfaces in Charlton Geometry
Abstract
This Brick closes two core series obligations by proof-formal construction. First, it makes the Ontological Filter executable: we define a finite template language for regulator descriptors, define the silence predicate as invariance of the observable projection under the inside/outside incidence swap, introduce witness packets and a deterministic verifier, and prove soundness and completeness of verification relative to the predicate. Second, it closes the operational measurement–entanglement interface: finite-outcome measurements are shown to be compressions of projective measurements on extended spaces, channels admit dilations, and entanglement is classified by tensor-product geometry with operational correlation limits fixed by operator-norm geometry. The gravity long-scale closure and EFT ordering are used only as in-series linkage and framing where needed for consistency with the CG macro-Lift metric narrative; no additional assumptions are introduced in the closure proofs.
