Dual-Limit Consistency as a Global Constraint on Physical Theories
Abstract
Physical theories are often validated within limited regimes while failing under extreme conditions. This paper proposes dual-limit consistency as a necessary global constraint: any viable physical theory must remain coherent at both the quantum limit and the extreme-curvature limit. Failures that appear only at one boundary signal incomplete description rather than physical breakdown. Within the Communication Matrix framework, dual-limit consistency emerges naturally from the conservation of total communication potential and provides a criterion for evaluating theoretical completeness.
