Abstract

This paper proposes a model for modifying local graviton interactions. Experimental results, primarily those conducted by or related to Eugene Podkletnov, are reviewed in comparison to this model. Analysis indicates a dependence on coherence including rotational speed, magnetic frequencies, and temperature and exhibit anisotropic behavior inconsistent with classical General Relativity. The results align with our model’s predictions, motivating further experimental studies of quantum coherence effects on gravity.
