Abstract

We demonstrate here Sox11 control of the DNA methyltransferases DNMT1 and DNMT3B. Sox11 epigenetic regulation was diverse and included control of Ep400 and Brd4, molecules we recently identified as DNMT1 targets (manuscript in preparation).
