The Four-Stage Climate System Acceleration Architecture
Abstract
This paper presents the Four‑Stage Climate System Acceleration Architecture, a structural tempo model that organizes the evolution of the climate system from 1880 to the year 3000. The framework treats the climate system as a tempo‑driven structure in which shift frequency, interval compression, and positive curvature govern long‑term behavior more than temperature alone. The model integrates observational history, present‑time acceleration, projected tempo bands, and the sequence of life‑system thresholds, producing a unified architecture of planetary change. The work is conceptual rather than predictive and does not rely on scenarios or policy assumptions. Its purpose is to clarify the structural identity of the climate system and to provide a coherent map of how the system moves through time as its tempo increases.
