Abstract

This document serves as the foundational reference for the Theory of Toroidal Scale Dynamics (TSD). It establishes the core axioms, topological definitions, and metric conventions required to model the universe as a 5-dimensional toroidal manifold. We formally distinguish between the General framework (GTSD), which describes the global topology of the bulk, and the Special framework (STSD), which preserves local causality and Lorentz invariance. This primer defines the fundamental constants of the theory, including the Woodward Constant (W) and the Woodward Radius (Rw) which resolves galactic rotation anomalies without invoking Dark Matter and provides a dictionary translating standard physical phenomena, including wave-particle duality and the nature of light, into geometric properties of the scalar dimension.
