MANUSCRIPT NO. 6: EMPIRICAL GENERALIZATION AND VALIDATION OF MDW 2.2
Abstract
This manuscript provides the empirical validation for the Modified Dynamic Weight (MDW 2.2) theory. Key results include a global RMS of 5.92 km/s across 175 SPARC galaxies using a zero-parameter function F(chi) derived from fundamental constants (phi, pi, e). It includes solutions for mathematical regularization at low accelerations and a theoretical explanation for the Bullet Cluster lensing offset based on Meta-medium relaxation dynamics.
