Abstract

Open gap: claims about superheavy elements 119 and 120 are hard to audit unless premises, predicted observables, and a frozen pre-registration artifact are co-located before synthesis reports arrive. This deposit archives a pre-registered prediction note for elements 119 and 120 (ionization-energy / periodic-geometry route) plus a hash certificate for independent verification of the frozen claim set. Artifacts: EiG_Prediction_Elements_119_120_v1.md; EiG_Prediction_119_120_HASH_CERTIFICATE.md. Framework note (last): Energy Information Gradient (EiG).
