Flat Rotation Curves Without Dark Matter: Cylindrical Flux Saturation in Toroidal Scale Mechanics
Abstract
Recent high-precision astrometry from Gaia DR3 has exposed a critical contradiction in modern cosmology. While analyses of wide binary star systems favor purely Newtonian dynamics, galactic rotation curves continue to require a massive mass discrepancy often attributed to Dark Matter. This paper resolves this anomaly through Toroidal Scale Dynamics (TSD), which proposes that the gravitational coupling is scale-dependent rather than acceleration-dependent. We introduce the mechanism of Toroidal Flux Saturation, where gravitational flux transitions from spherical propagation (inverse-square law) to cylindrical propagation (linear decay) beyond a specific geometric horizon defined as the Woodward Radius.
