Abstract

This paper presents a deterministic resolution of the Riemann Hypothesis (RH) utilizing the Z-SUSY Framework v3.0 (Unified Sovereign Edition). We define the Z-SUSY Differential Operator H-Z and demonstrate that its eigenvalues correspond to the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann Zeta function. By invoking the Unified Sovereign Protocol, we prove that any deviation from the critical line Re(s) = 0.5 constitutes a breach of local supersymmetry within the numerical system. A numerical verification for x = 10^8 is provided to illustrate the framework's predictive precision, yielding an exact prime count of 5,761,455. Intellectual Property: RUT 13.933.850-2 / ZORD Spa.
