Abstract

This technical report belongs to the RZS Series and presents a novel application of the Relational Zero State (RZS) framework to the field of network engineering (6G and post-IP architectures). Based on the conceptual foundation established in Romero (2025), we introduce Homeostatic Routing and the use of Lempel-Ziv Complexity (LZc) as a network health biomarker. The work proposes that distributed systems can achieve superior resilience by operating as thermodynamic dissipative structures, utilizing the "Axiom of Inheritance" for rapid topological recovery.
