Abstract

This research presents the Continuity Protocol, a computational framework designed to preserve cognitive information integrity during progressive hippocampal decay. Using a 1,500-neuron spiking neural network in the Nengo environment, we demonstrate real-time signal restoration with \approx 1.0 accuracy. The dataset includes: Full Technical Paper (PDF). Source Code (Python/Nengo). Simulation Video showing the 29s terminal decay cycle.
