A Mathematical Curiosity — XV The Ontological Deficit in Rank-3 Lexicons: A Semiotic Reduction of the Standard Model
Abstract
We analyze the cardinality discrepancy ($\Delta=19$) between the phenomenological inventory of the Standard Model ($\Omega_{SM}=61$) and the generative kernel of the $H_0(\tilde{A}_2)$ algebraic set ($\Omega_{Alg}=42$). We propose a semiotic isomorphism where the "missing" entities are reclassified not as ontological objects, but as syntactic attributes of the fundamental lexicon. Enantiomorphic Syntax: We demonstrate that right-handed fermions are not distinct lexical roots but enantiomorphic projections (contextual reading directions) of the fundamental left-handed braid group generators. The Grammatical Operator: The scalar Higgs boson is reinterpreted as a non-lexical "grammatical suffix"—an operation applied to the kernel to confer semantic weight via symmetry breaking, rather than an autonomous noun. Null-Signifiers: The sterile neutrino sector is mapped to "silent words"—algebraically valid constructions that lack a referent in the interaction Lagrangian.
