Abstract

Architecture-first protocol repository for sovereign, physically anchored digital entities under the Sovereign Entity Recursion (SER) model. It serves as the canonical normative SER stack and includes the canonical Arbitration / Review Layer (ARL) package for bounded multi-entity dispute handling.
