KFO-Atlas - A molecular atlas of key food odorants

KFO-Atlas is a curated dataset of key food odorants (KFOs), comprising 896 unique odorants identified from 2,282 food aroma profiles. The dataset provides a structured resource for exploring the molecular composition and mixture-level organization of food aromas and for supporting computational aroma analysis and design. This dataset accompanies the publication “Molecular Atlas of Key Food Odorants Reveals Mixture-Level Organization and Enables Generative Aroma Design,” published in Advanced Science (2026).
