ORCHIDEE-CNP v1.3 ( r9332 ) - Eucalyptus plant functional type and harvest routine

Source code for the land surface model ORCHIDEE-CNP (r9332) . This version of ORCHIDEE has been used in the publication with the working title 'Carbon dioxide pricing enables sustainable phosphorus management in biomass plantations'. It includes a new plant functional type for Eucalyptus plantations and related harvest routine based on the implementation in another branch version of ORCHIDEE ( https://doi.org/10.5194/gmd-11-2249-2018).
