While modern neuroscience has advanced in language processing, emotion computation, and decision pathways, it lacks a model explaining how narratives emerge, integrate across networks, and transform through tonal modulation. This book introduces the world’s first Narrative Brain Atlas, integrating narrative-evoked neural activation, narrative-region interaction, and tone-driven cognitive transformation into a unified scientific framework—Narrative Neuroscience. Through functional neuroimaging, brain-network topology, tonal-vector modeling, and contextual semantic computation, it reveals how tone modulates meaning formation and how narrative engages the default mode network, prefrontal control systems, and affective circuits. The breakthrough lies in modeling narrative as a measurable, predictable neural dynamic, marking the transition of narrative studies from humanities into the precision domain of neuroscience. Narrative Is a Neural Product: From Language to Brain Networks Narrative Network Activation: How Stories Illuminate the Brain Narrative-Region Interaction: The Neural Logic of Cross-Area Integration 語氣驅動的認知轉換:情緒向量如何調控腦網路Tone-Driven Cognitive Transformation: How Affective Vectors Regulate Brain Networks 敘事神經圖譜(NBA)模型:從神經元到敘事邏輯The Narrative Brain Atlas (NBA) Model: From Neurons to Narrative Logic 敘事的腦拓撲:預設模式、前額葉控制與情緒網路Narrative Topology: Default Mode, Prefrontal Control, and Affective Networks 以敘事驅動決策:腦如何以故事形式思考Narrative-Driven Decision-Making: How the Brain Thinks in Story Form Conclusion: Narrative as the Computational Language of the Brain 其他相關資訊請參閱NarrQuest Tone Uprising Journal https://narrquest.wordpress.com/ https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=zS4SSUkAAAAJ&hl=en https://orcid.org/0009-0006-0154-6402 This book is one of the following technical series. Narrative Mediation & Operations Series The NarrQuest Narrative Mediation & Operations Series advances narrative from transdisciplinary understanding and theory into the operational layer of system functioning. While earlier work focused on how narrative shapes meaning, knowledge, and sovereignty, this series addresses a more structural question: how narrative enters the space between models, institutions, and action as an operational mediating structure. Through concepts such as tone taxonomy, narrative configuration, narrative density, and narrative flow, the series establishes narrative as a set of operational units that can be designed, governed, and recomposed. Its central function lies in defining narrative’s mediating and operational capacity—enabling translation between knowledge and decision-making, alignment of organizational action, and reduction of cross-system misalignment and misunderstanding costs. Narrative is no longer treated merely as an object of interpretation, but as a manageable layer of system operations. This series forms the necessary structural foundation for subsequent inquiry into a more critical question: once narrative fully saturates system operations, does judgment itself remain bearable and governable?
