Abstract

Description:This repository contains the complete replication package for "GDP Predicts Coverage, Trinity Predicts Protection: Demand-Side Foundations of Universal Health Coverage". It includes all raw data, processed datasets, analysis scripts, statistical validation tests, and publication outputs necessary to fully replicate the empirical validation of Trinity Law as a demand-side framework for UHC sustainability. The repository demonstrates that the Trinity Index (Trust × Consensus × Dual Benefit) explains 45% of out-of-pocket spending variance compared to GDP's 37%, with an optimal Trinity threshold of 0.581 for sustainable UHC across 91-118 countries. Complete contents: 91 CSV data files, 5 Excel files, 43 R analysis scripts, and 10 publication-quality figures documenting the complete workflow from data harvesting through 10+ statistical validation tests to final results.
