Abstract

Human Risk Graph (HRG) is an open-source software tool for analyzing organizational security risk caused by human dependencies, decision concentration, and bypass paths. The model represents teams as dependency graphs and computes risk metrics such as bus factor risk, decision concentration, and bypass exposure. HRG generates machine-readable reports and interactive HTML visualizations to help identify human single points of failure and fragile approval structures.
