Forces as Enforcement Architectures
Abstract
We recall the structural impossibility of persistent non-equivalence under locality and finiteness in the absence of enforcement. From this result, enforcement follows as a necessary structural requirement independent of dynamics, mechanisms, or physical realisation. We then identify forces as one admissible class of enforcement architecture arising when admissibility constraints are spatially extended, continuous, local, and subject to finite buffering. No derivation of physical force laws is attempted; the analysis is structural and classificatory.
