We propose a fundamental unification in which spacetime is modeled as a finite, tensioned elasticsubstrateundergoingrelaxation.Withinthisframework,gravitation,time,andmatter are not independent phenomena but manifestations of a single dynamical principle : the local modulation of temporal flow. We demonstrate that : (1) the fundamental tension law F(λ) = hc/λ2 emerges from di- mensional analysis and yields the Planck scale as a saturation limit without free parameters; (2) the velocity of light c is the characteristic flow rate of temporal flux in our universe’s bubble; (3) matter is a spatial localization of temporal compression; (4) the dark sector (dark energy and dark matter) dissolves into a coherent description of vacuum equilibrium and structure formation saturation; (5) a measurable vacuum frequency of νΛ ≈2.22 THz is predicted, corresponding to the oscillation of the voidless substrate at rest. The framework is falsifiable and produces quantitative predictions matching observations without ad hoc parameters.
