Abstract

This companion paper clarifies the role of observation and consciousness within the Dimensional Evolution framework. While prior works emphasized geometry, resonance, and boundary conditions as the drivers of collapse and stabilization, the role of observation remained implicit. Here, observation is formally defined as a resonant, bandwidth-limited selection mechanism required for standing-wave actualization. Collapse is reframed as a physical process of phase alignment rather than causal intervention, resolving common misinterpretations while leaving all prior results unchanged. --- Project website: https://de-theory.com This work is part of the Dimensional Evolution research program.
