Abstract

Spatial Repertoire is a spatially targeted profiling method that enables high-depth analysis of transcriptomes and adaptive immune repertoires from defined tissue regions. This repository contains the datasets and analysis scripts associated with the Spatial Repertoire study. The resources include metadata, histological tissue images, and code for data processing and figure generation. The repository is organized by tissue type and analysis modules.
