Abstract

Figure S1. Images of mouse immune responses under conditions A and B under non-antibiotic administration. This control condition consists on a “non-Antibiotic" treatment with 0.9% Sodium chloride (NaCl 0.9%) solution for injection) –Condition A consist on DTP Immunization "before" 0.9% NaCl treatment for 5 days, -Condition B consist on DTP Immunization “after” 0.9% NaCl treatment also for 5 days. Pre-immune P0 (Day(-)5), Day8, Day14, Day21 and Day42 serum samples were analysed by immunochromatographic tests using the TQS Tetanos quick Stick from Eurobio. All scanned sticks were then aligned by mice batch and treatment group. Figure S2. Graphic: anti-tetanus immune response quantification at D42 of DTP vaccinated mice under Erythromycin treatment. Mice were vaccinated with DTP vaccine before or after Erythromycin (ERYTH) treatment (n=10) versus 0.9%NaCl as “control”/ NaCl (n=10). *** p value= 0.009935 Wilcoxon Test
