C₂ – Pilot Annex 01 (v0.1) - Operational Decision Boundary & Irreversibility Protocol

This technical note documents the first operational pilot of the C₂ (Contextual Co-Agency) model in practice. The annex does not propose a normative framework, performance benchmark, or governance standard. Its sole purpose is to provide an auditable, time-sequenced record of how a human–AI dyad operated within explicitly defined decision boundaries, including the handling of irreversibility, time compression, and refusal as an acceptable operational outcome. The document captures a single pilot case and focuses on process integrity rather than outcome evaluation. It is intended as a foundational reference for subsequent pilots, comparative analysis, and further refinement of the C₂ framework. No generalization beyond the documented context is claimed.
