Abstract

Abstract Recent cosmological analyses report evidence consistent with weak interactions between dark matter and neutrinos, inferred from suppressed small-scale structure and tensions between early- and late-universe observables. Standard LambdaCDM assumes strict decoupling between these components, permitting only gravitational interaction. In this note, we show that the reported signatures are naturally predicted within the Sympathetic Harmonic Resonance Framework (SHRF) combined with a Transport-Coupling Principle (TCP), wherein interaction arises from phase-biased transport rather than force-mediated scattering. Neutrinos function as high-mobility phase carriers, while dark matter constitutes a low-mobility coherence reservoir. Weak phase drag between these sectors produces scale-dependent damping of density contrast without thermalization or detectable laboratory cross-sections. The framework yields concrete, falsifiable predictions distinct from both collision-based interacting dark matter models and standard cosmology.
