Abstract

Abstract The Standard Model of particle physics (SM) successfully predicts a wide range of experimental outcomes but contains numerous free parameters whose numerical values lack derivation from first principles. This note argues that these parameters are not arbitrary but are constrained by global coherence conditions imposed by an underlying phase-resonant substrate, as formalized within the Trans-Coherence Principle (TCP). We show that particle properties, coupling strengths, and symmetry structures may be interpreted as survivable resonant modes within a coherence-limited system, rather than fundamental givens. This framing does not replace the Standard Model, but explains why its structure is sharply restricted.
