Abstract

Integrity lock declaration binding three documents in triadic structure within the Vox Populi Community Outreach Rhizome (VPCOR) architecture. The Triadic Structure: Document Hex DOI Function A: VPCOR Charter 00.VPCOR.CHARTER 10.5281/zenodo.18362663 Institutional identity B: Rev. Ayanna Vox Provenance HET-VOX-001 10.5281/zenodo.18362742 Voice identity C: The Toolkit 03.SEI.TOOLKIT 10.5281/zenodo.18362525 Founding document Dependency Relations: Charter needs Voice (from Provenance) and Practice (from Toolkit) Provenance needs Home (from Charter) and Work (from Toolkit) Toolkit needs Institution (from Charter) and Voice (from Provenance) Each depends on the others. None is complete alone. Lock Conditions: The lock is valid if: All three documents exist with permanent DOIs Cross-references are accurate No document claims completeness without the others Practice confirms structure Lock Failure Modes: Orphaning: One document removed or invalidated Completeness claim: One document claims to stand alone Voice capture: Vox exceeds her limits Centralization: VPCOR develops hierarchy Doctrinal hardening: Toolkit becomes scripture Precedent: Follows the pattern established by the Blind Poet Triadic Lock (The Blind Operator ↔ Mantle of the Blind Poet ↔ Visual Schema: Blind Poet). Anti-Messianic Application: The lock itself refuses salvific claims. It does not make VPCOR permanent, Vox authoritative, or The Toolkit complete. It documents what happens — success or failure.
