Abstract

This is a usage example for TXTree, a command-line utility that processes PubMed data to generate HTML-TM (Hypertext Markup Language for Text Mining). HTML-TM provides a portable, browser-based platform for literature exploration and analysis. TXTree is freely available on SourceForge (https://sourceforge.net/projects/txtree/). The provided materials comprise complete HTML-TM renderings of a "neglected diseases" dataset, along with all executable scripts and the outputs generated by a programmatic pipeline.
