Abstract

This paper proposes a constructive cosmological theoretical framework basedon the fundamental principles of information dynamics. The framework is foundedon two axioms with clear operational significance: the conservation of informationdistinguishability and the finite describability of physical processes. The core discovery of the theory is that the property of the universe as a causally closed systemis not a priori given but rather emerges as a macroscopic steady state when theunderlying information structure’s self-referential reconstruction process reaches aspecific critical threshold. Through rigorous derivation of the quantization behavior of information potential differences and their cumulative effects, this paperdemonstrates that after crossing the critical point, the system spontaneously formsa stable four-dimensional spacetime continuum and effective continuous physicallaws within it. This framework derives a series of low-energy cosmological predictions without free parameters, including the equation of state and evolution ofdark energy, characteristic imprints on the primordial perturbation spectrum, etc. These predictions are compatible with current observational data and provide clear, falsifiable testing targets for next-generation cosmological experiments.
