Abstract

PREPRINT (not peer-reviewed). Educational and hypothesis-generating only. Not clinical guidance. This manuscript reports real-world observational findings on Retatrutide use across a self-tracked cohort (n>100) and detailed anonymized case studies in high-performance and self-instrumented populations. Outcomes discussed include weight trajectory dynamics, appetite modulation, diet-phase adherence effects, and neurobehavioral/impulse-control signals reported in real-world use. The paper aims to document early signal emergence and translational patterns that may be underrepresented in conventional trial designs, while explicitly separating individual first-person observations from cohort-level patterns and literature-based claims. Randomized controlled trials remain the standard for efficacy and regulatory conclusions; this work is intended to support hypothesis development and future formal study design.
