Phase-Inverted Rotation Design: Non-Eliminative Fluctuation and Layered Motion
Abstract
This work proposes a phase-inverted stance for rotation design. Instead of suppressing inevitable fluctuation residuals, residuals are treated as primary physical content and rotation is regarded as their observable projection. Misalignment is described as layered phase deviation (+ / 0 / -), and stability is redefined as sustained non-collapse. No new interactions are introduced, no equations of motion are modified, and no replacement claim is made for existing physical theories.
