Version 1.0.0 - Initial release for manuscript submission This release contains the complete code and batch-corrected scRNA-seq data for our manuscript "Single-cell profiling of splenic immune ageing and chronic stress adaptations in mice with natural microbiota". Includes preprocessing scripts, batch correction using scVI, visualisations, differential expression analyses, and the final batch-corrected atlas objects. See README for detailed usage instructions.
