Supplemental Data and Scripts for "Quenching-of-the-Photosynthetic-Antenna-IsiA-is-Facilitated-by-its-Red-Emitting-States"
Abstract
Quenching of the Photosynthetic Antenna IsiA Is Facilitated by Red Emitting States This Zenodo repository provides a complete and fully reproducible dataset for investigating fluorescence quenching mechanisms in the photosynthetic antenna protein IsiA. IsiA, or iron stress induced protein A, is a chlorophyll binding protein expressed by cyanobacteria under iron limiting conditions. The dataset is designed to support the reproduction of published results. It includes nine kinetic models describing alternative quenching pathways, experimental data used for validation, pre calculated Hamiltonian matrices, and all analysis scripts required to run the simulations. Together, these components allow users to reproduce the computational results in full or to extend the analysis by modifying model parameters or introducing new hypotheses. To get started, read the ZENODO_README.md and README.md files for an overview of the repository structure and instructions for running the analyses. Because the kinetic model data are large, they are distributed across multiple compressed files named model_X.tar.zst. All model files must be placed in the following directory before running the analysis: IsiA/Computational_model/scripts/fluorescence_decay/
