Abstract

This initial release (v1.0.0) marks the official launch of the source code, numerical simulations, and research manuscript associated with the deterministic stability analysis of prime numbers. Key Features of this Release: Academic Manuscript: Includes the complete research paper proposing a deterministic isomorphism between the integer sequence and a parity-driven dynamical system. Spectral Divisor Metric Analysis: Full implementation to validate multiplicative inheritance laws and demonstrate that primes act as nodes of "perfect spectral silence" ($\Omega = 0$). Discrete Relaxation Oscillator: Simulation of the dynamical automaton that balances arithmetic entropy and dissipation to achieve thermodynamic equilibrium in the integer lattice. Riemann Zeta Spectrum: Tools for spectral analysis (Lomb-Scargle) identifying the non-trivial zeros as natural frequencies required to dampen parity noise and maintain system stability. Deterministic Reconstruction of $\pi(x)$: Execution of the "Holographic Reconstruction Formula" to recover the exact prime counting function solely from the deterministic parity kernel. Technical Context: Environment: Developed for Python 3.8+ using standard scientific libraries: numpy, scipy, and matplotlib. Reproducibility: This release contains all 5 core scripts used to generate Figures 1 through 5 presented in the manuscript.
