Abstract

This dataset contains processed microbiome data (n=110) derived from 16S rRNA gene sequencing of orbital adipose tissue samples from patients (n=25) with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and non-TAO controls, including decontaminated ASV abundance tables, representative sequences, and sample metadata.
