Abstract

This dataset contains filtered gene–barcode count matrices generated usingcellranger-7.1.0 for single-cell RNA-sequencing data across three stages of osteosarcoma progression: Diagnosis, Resection, and Recurrence. Only the Cell Ranger “filtered_feature_bc_matrix” outputs are provided (i.e., high-confidence cells retained after Cell Ranger’s quality control), excluding raw and intermediate files to reduce storage size and focus on downstream-ready data. The zipped archive includes separate folders for each stage (Diagnosis, Resection, Recurrence), each containing: Gene expression count matrix Cell barcode annotations Feature (gene) annotations in standard Cell Ranger formats (matrix.mtx.gz, barcodes.tsv.gz, features.tsv.gz). These matrices are suitable for immediate analysis in tools such as Seurat, Scanpy, and other scRNA-seq workflows.
