Abstract

Raw data corresponding to the metabolome of Arabidopsis plants infected with Plectosphaerella cucumerina. Two physiological moments has been selected: adult and seddling stages. There are 4 conditions for each developmental stage (ADULTS and SEEDLINGS) with 6 replicates per condition:CONTROL, INFECTED, TREATED and TREATED AND INFECTED, in both modes of ionization (ESI+ and ESI -), using an LC-QTOF Premier (Waters) and a C18 column (for more details, check the publication when ready).
