EXISTE DISPARIDADE RACIAL NA FRUIÇÃO DO DIREITO À VIDA E À SEGURANÇA DE MULHERES EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA NO BRASIL? ESTUDO COMPARATIVO ENTRE ESTADOS FEDERATIVOS (2020-2022)
Abstract
The variables considered are: homicides/femicides of black women (Hn), homicides of non-black women (Hb), black women in the population (Pn) and non-black women in the population (Pb). Homicide/femicide data comes from the Atlas of Violence, while population data derives from the 2022 IBGE Census. The territorial delimitation covers Brazilian states in the period from 2020 to 2022, having Brazilian federal units as analytical units which are compared in the study. The results demonstrate that Acre presents the best EFI (0.94) in 2022, while Amapá registers 0% enjoyment of the right to racial equality. In the average for the period 2020-2022, São Paulo obtained the best index (0.95) and Alagoas the worst (0.07).
