Abstract

We present a unified summary of the Operator-Derived Dimension (ODD) framework, in which 4D particle physics and fundamental constants emerge from the geometry and topology of a warped 5D bulk. A key result is the derivation of Planck’s constant hhh as a topological quantum of action from a sphere-on-sphere intersection. This geometric quantization, combined with the Transverse Slicing Operator, simultaneously constrains GNG_NGN, ccc, gauge couplings, fermion masses, and neutrino mixing angles. The framework yields clear, falsifiable predictions: exactly three fermion generations, observed PMNS mixing angles, the absence of a fourth charged lepton, and a single 30.2 MeV dark sector resonance. This consolidated document provides a concise reference for experimental testing of the ODD framework.
