On the Establishment of Actions in Modern Computing Systems
Abstract
Abstract (Short) This document provides a structural reference on establishment in modern computing systems. It introduces a system-level distinction between occurrence and established action, and describes architectural boundary conditions under which actions, executions, attributions, and records may or may not be established. This document does not propose implementations, algorithms, or performance claims. It is intended solely as a conceptual and architectural reference. --- Notice This document describes architectural concepts related to pending patent applications. Nothing in this document shall be construed as granting any license, right, or permission, whether express or implied. The content is provided for reference purposes only and may be cited as a conceptual framework. --- Scope Disclaimer - This document does **not** define safety requirements. - This document does **not** prescribe operational policies. - This document does **not** mandate implementation details. The absence of establishment described herein is a **structural condition**, not an error, failure, or exception. --- Version Policy - This document is fixed as **Public Reference v1.0**. - Revisions, if any, will be released only as new versions. - No inline modifications will be made to this version.
