Abstract

Resilience of Lung Grafts to Warm Ischemia: Assessment by Ex Vivo Perfusion using Functional and Molecular Analysis. Statistical analysis of the gene expression fold changes (FC) of the differentially expressed genes (DEG) versus "Time of Death". In the "Tac array genes" tab, the predesigned primers from ThermoFisher with their reference and functional category is listed. In the "DEG list" tab, the DEG lists identified in the different conditions (group, time) are shown, along with their raw and adjusted p-values (< 0.1). In the "Individual values" tab, the FC of the DEGs are reported for each sample of the control and WI group, at 0, 2, 4, 6 hour. In the "statistical comparison vs WI 0H" tab, the results of the statistical comparisons of the FC between the different EVLP conditions and the one of the WI 0H condition are reported.
