Images and annotations for training and testing of Glycogen-segmenter
Abstract
These uploads contain raw images and annotations for training and testing the Glycogen-segmenter model presented in this paper: A semantic segmentation model to predict subcellular glycogen localization using transmission electron microscopy images.
