Abstract

This essay-oriented working paper introduces a heuristic conceptual framework (RTB, RTP, a-da-billa, Ron, o’really owl) for analyzing contemporary geopolitical and techno-cultural stabilization patterns. It argues that present-day systems persist less through escalation than through structured repetition. Central to the analysis is the notion of RTP-incompatibility, describing events that resist integration into existing patterns. The paper is intended as an open theoretical exploration and invites further conceptual and methodological development.
