OMNIA-RADAR — Structural Detection and Persistence Scan Layer
Abstract
First complete release of OMNIA-RADAR as a structural detection layer. OMNIA-RADAR measures detectable structure independently of meaning and introduces a two-axis model: structural intensity structural persistence Core result: maximum structure does not imply maximum stability Across multiple experiments (v3–v7), RADAR consistently shows that highly regular systems are often the most fragile under perturbation, while distributed structures are more persistent. This release includes: full experimental path (emergence, real data, adversarial, temporal) structure vs persistence mapping (v7) formal claim definition minimal entry path for external readers OMNIA-RADAR is: model-agnostic architecture-agnostic strictly non-decisional It does not evaluate meaning, truth, or quality. It detects structure. Repository: https://github.com/Tuttotorna/OMNIA-RADAR Part of the MB-X.01 / OMNIABASE / OMNIA ecosystem.
