A 37-Color Spectral Flow Cytometry Panel to Characterize Phenotype and Cytokine Expression in Human Intestinal T Cells
Abstract
.fcs files of full panel staining of both unstimulated and aCD3/aCD28-stimulated intestinal cells, PBMC and tonsillar cells. Both data before and after PeacoQC are included. PeacoQC-cleaned data was used to generate Figure 1, Online Figure 3 and 4. Compensation matrixes, scaling settings and OMIQ workflow file are also included.
